A detailed Evaluation
which involves truly listening to your story and performing a skilled evaluation of the likely systems contributing to your symptoms. This may include a detailed evaluation of your upper neck, your whole spine, your vestibular or balance system, your eyes and your jaw.

Scientifically based treatment methods
This may include manual therapy applied to your neck. Where applicable, the Watson Headache Approach is used. This does not involve any clicking, cracking or sudden movements of the neck. Treatment may also include dry needling as well as muscle, vestibular and other neurological rehabilitation exercises or recommendations regarding neuromodulation or biofeedback devices.
tailored rehabilitation & self management solutions
are provided to all clients based on the findings of the evaluation. Initially, clients often attend 3-5 appointments rather close together. Follow up appointments are then spaced out based on progress made. Solutions provided are always based on an individual’s goals. learn more >
