Scientifically based treatment methods
We use evidence informed treatment methods. Where indicated, manual therapy may be applied to your neck, spine & jaw. Where applicable, the Watson Headache Approach is used. This does not involve any clicking, cracking or sudden movements of the neck. Treatment may also include dry needling as well as muscle, vestibular and other neurological rehabilitation exercises or recommendations regarding neuromodulation or biofeedback devices or other strategies to help best regulate the nervous system.

are developed with you. Often clients may attend 3-5 appointments rather close together. Follow up appointments are then spaced out based on progress made. Solutions provided are always based on an individual’s goals & requirements. learn more >
